Shipping & Delivery
QLC Branded orders: Please allow 2-4 business days for processing. During Holiday Seasons processing times may increase slightly. All packages shipped via USPS with tracking information. You will receive an email with tracking once package has shipped. Once you receive the email please allow up to 24 hours for USPS to update their system.
Wholesale orders: Please allow 7-21 business days for processing. This does not include shipping time. Your order will be shipped via service you select at checkout. All orders $100 and above will require signature confirmation upon delivery.
Domestic Shipping: Please allow 2-7 days for delivery (not including processing time) depending on the shipping service you select at checkout.
International Shipping: Please allow 5-20 days for delivery depending on customs clearance.
**Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address during checkout. We will NOT be responsible for shipping costs to the wrong address if customer provided the wrong address. If we ship to the wrong address in error, we will cover the cost to ship it to the correct address on the receipt.
